Steps to Request a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide further instructions. - Ship Back:
Pack the item securely and ship it back to our facility using the provided method.
Return Shipping Costs
We believe in fairness regarding shipping costs:
- Our Mistake (Defective/Wrong Item):
If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if we sent the wrong item, Dream Looks will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label. - Customer Choice (Change of Mind):
If you are returning an item due to sizing issues, ordering the wrong product, or simply changing your mind, the customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge any hidden fees. There is £0.00 Restocking Fee on all eligible returns.
Refund Process
